We are sorry to hear this! However, we don't cover lost or stolen packages. So, please make sure you have put the correct address and that the package will be sent to a secure location. We urge you to ask neighbors if they might have gotten it in error.  

This is the feature that pops up at the bottom of the screen and prompts you If you have any questions. We get several orders a day and don't know which belongs to you. Providing your order number is helpful to both of us. 

In order for you to lose weight, create a new, healthy mindset and keep weight off, we'll help you discover what dietary measures will work for you and your lifestyle! Working out isn't always needed!

All of our bodies are different. So, what may work well for someone else might not work for you. It also depends on your diet and past history with any supplements. I can only recommend based off of what worked well for me. For a individual consultation please schedule your consultation.  We will reach out to you via email or text after payment to set up a date & time that works for you.

YES! I dont ship internationall! USA only.

Please,  check your spam folder.  Sometimes, emails from us tend to go there.  Check before contacting us. 

    How often do you ship?

Monday-Saturday  (excludes major holidays and Sundays and vacations) CAN TAKE 1-2 days to be sent out depending on our order demand. 

How long until my order arrives?

3-6 business days. *Standard shipping

*What is your cutoff for my order to ship out the same day?

   DUE TO THE DEMAND WE HAVE GOTTEN FOR OUR PRODUCTS SHIPPING TIMES FRAMES ARE NOW 1-2 days. This is the wait time for your order to be sent out. Please, do not message us right after payment asking. It can take up to 2 days for a order to be sent out. We will try our best to ship out the same day. However, it might not ship until the following business day(after payment.)   I do send out orders on Saturday's however, your order MUST be placed the night before. So, Friday night. After that it'll go out on Monday.   No we don't ship on Sunday if you order on a Sunday expect tracking Monday- Tuesday. The post office is closed on Sundays. 

***Do you give tracking? ***

    Yes!  Sent to you via email when we prepare your order please allow 24 hours for tracking to update. 48 hours during week ends or holidays.  

 * If for some reason you don't get it please, use the chat feature available on my site and provide the order number (begins with R) after it says, "check order status.' So, you can retrieve your tracking.  Please, understand you won't get tracking right away but when we begin fulfilling our orders.  

Do you offer faster shipping speed?

Yes! Priority mail and express at a extra fee. 

   * Please, note this has nothing to do with the order processing timeframe. Which is currently at 1-2 business for shipment. This is the USPS shipping speed. We will still process your order in the order it was received in. Even if you paid for Priority or Express mail. If you want to jump to the front of the line. There's a $65 fee to make sure yours goes out the same day. (If paid before 2pm CST) Otherwise, it'll be sent out in the order we received it. If you cannot wait and wish to cancel we will charge you a $50 fee on items under $100 and 50% of  items over $100. Since, we put the item aside as soon as you pay and don't normally cancel orders. By submitting a order you are agreeing to this cancellation policy.
